HOW DO I GET STARTED?

In order to get started in the DEBT CONSOLIDATION PLAN you must do the following:

Complete the Questionnaire
and the Agreement for Credit Counseling
Print out these forms by simply clicking on the "PRINT" button of your browser
Mail those forms to our office along with a copy of your drivers license and your most recent credit card statements or copies thereof.
